Use once or twice a week, AM or PM.
Apply a thin, even layer to a clean, wet face, massaging in a circular motion for 30 seconds. Leave on for up to two minutes. Rinse and gently pat dry.

GREAT ONCE IN A WHILE...
I love love love this product but having dry skin I don't suggest using it as the main source of exfoliation. To me it's more of a "spa treatment" I rely on to reset my skin when it's terribly dull and congested. I use it only when I know I can allow myself to go through a pampering (and nourishing) routine because it is quite stripping. It's a great product and would repurchase especially since I only use it every so often (maybe once a month, once every three weeks) so I can justify the high price.

Perfection!
What a great exfoliator. First of all, I truly enjoy using it (easy application, only 2 min, nice consistency, great scent). But more importantly, the results are just amazing!! What a glow it gives. The first time, I used it after 20h in planes to bring back life to my complexion. The glow was undeniable and a group of hotel guests were even approaching me to ask how I get such a glow. I am not kidding, it‘s really a miracle product! And so much better results than with any other similar products I tried (Ordinary peeling solution, Dr. Dennis Gross peel pads, Omorovicza facial polisher, DE baby facial, DE TLC, Tata Harper resurfacing mask and cleanser, Sunday Riley good genes, farmacy honey glow, etc.).

Excellent exfoliation
Received as a sample and have tried it a few times once a week (have tried very potent peels in the past that made me break out so will stay a bit careful in the future). Leave on skin for about a minute as it tingles quite a lot. My skin feels brighter and softer afterwards. Great product! (Exuviance Triple microdermabrasion face polish is similar and cheaper.)

Decent
It's a decent product. It does burn a bit, more than a slight tingle. I wouldn't use at all if you have sensitive skin. I had a bit of dryness after using this the first time but it seems to be ok now. Not sure if it has a more amazing effect than any other products I use regularly but I think it works pretty well.

Love it and so does my 20 year old son!
I am in my 50’s and have normal skin with an oily t-zone. I love ExfoliKate and have been using it for a while, twice a week and I do leave it on for a couple of minutes. I sometimes get a tingling when I put it on but I’ve never had any burning, or not been able to keep it on my skin. It really is a fabulously effective exfoliator, leaving my skin smooth and it’s definitely helped reduce the pore size on my nose. I got the sample size in the Goody Bag and gave it to my 20 year old son who has very dry skin. I figured it would be kill or cure for him. Thankfully, it was a cure and his skin has improved massively too. Sadly, the cost makes it prohibitive for him so I’m now locking my larger sized bottle away in case it gets whipped off to university!!

Amazing!
I received this as part of the summer Goody Bag and just recently tried it. Wow! I love it! Such a great, light, and wonderful exfoliator! It only tingled, very slightly, upon first use. The second time I felt nothing. I will definitely be purchasing the full size when my sample runs out! 5 stars from me!

WOW!
Amazing product! Received in my Goody Bag and really didn’t expect much. My face was on FIRE whilst using but I soldiered through the pain for 2 minutes. After washing off, my skin felt MUCH smoother! I woke up the next morning with very supple skin and the texture on my forehead (which wasn’t really that bad to begin with) was noticeably reduced. A great product to use before a special occasion as you can actually see results.
