it’s so gentle and creamy! My skin feels clean but still soft and hydrated, no tightness at all. I have sensitive skin and this hasn’t irritated it one bit. The texture is super luxe and it smells like warm milk and honey (in the best way). Not the best for heavy makeup, but as a daily cleanser it is really good.
