Great health foundation product!
I started taking this product very new to supplements, as I started researching the benefits of prebiotic+probiotics. I was surprised to notice a difference in my overall wellbeing very quickly. I know that with supplements you have to take them consistently so I stuck with it, I'm on month 2 - but I actually two weeks into taking these capsules, started noticing better skin, I was feeling better in my mood and even sleeping better. I love the fact that the ingredients are pure and clean, I love that it's vegan and cruelty free - something I always go to for all products I use.Highly recommend, don't expect results overnight but know they work very well if taken consistently. A+

Not for me
I've tried a lot of supplements in the past which haven't really had an effect-positive or negative.This (pricey) pre and pro biotic,on the other hand, has seemed to make things worse.I started using this product as I would get occasional bloating. But with this I experience it every afternoon!I'm glad it seems to work for some people but it's definitely not for me. Good thing I didn't subscribe!

Worth it
I bought this after reading an article on how probiotics can help improve skin conditions and mood as well as stomach issues. I initially thought it sounded too good to be true but i’m on my third month of these and can honestly say my overall health and energy levels have improved. I’m always busy so eating a balanced diet can sometimes be hard to maintain, since starting these I’ve just felt better. Less IBS issues, and I even think it’s made a difference in my skin, less breakouts! A winner!

Zero difference
Bottle is nearly empty and I haven’t noticed a difference at all in any of the claims they make for this pre/pro-biotic.  Shame as decently expensive.Â

Great!
I bought this because my doctor recommend me to start takeing some prebiotics and probitiocs (6 months i was takeing antibiotics so my body really needed some help in rebuilding my “good†bacteria). I happy with this product. Deffinetly i ll buy again.Â

Price goes to branding but works efficiently
I had this for a month and honestly the second day I took it I noticed the instant effect. However, I have already switched to another brand since the price of this product is definitely not sustainable. And with comparison, I have noticed that the...um... the texture of my defecate with this product is not as 'healthy' as the other brand, meaning that I feel like I still have food unprocessed in my intestine, and with another brand, I noticed an increase in quantity. This product is good, it helps me to adopt a natural and smooth toiler routine however the result isn't outstanding compare to similar products in the market and the price is honestly and put off, though the packaging is nice.

The Best
I have taken probiotics before, various brands and number of strands, and I have to say to date this is the best probiotic I have ingested. The most incredible effect that I completely didn't expect was feeling incredibly energetic. I give it two thumbs up and even though I'm curious to try a couple of other things from The Beauty Chef and Moon juice I will always have this baby on my shelf.
