Good formula, good packaging... I will repurchase.
It's a really good formula. I've been using it for 3 months -I rarely leave a review before I give the product time to work, unless I really dislike something from the start, like the smell, the texture, the bottle... but for results, I always wait longer. In this case, I’m writing after 3 months so clearly first impressions were good: I like the pump -adapted to the texture of the product-, the bottle is protective enough for a Vit C formula, the texture is good as well, it’s not too liquid, so it stays on your finger instead of running down and it’s very easy to distribute well and pat in. I have to let it absorb for a bit before I apply other layers (spf, makeup…), but that doesn’t bother me because this is the case with a lot of products. As per the results: I’ve been using it for 3 months now. I use it only in the mornings (they suggest AM and PM but I use something different in the evening) and yet, I have noticed that the few dark spots I have next to my eyes are much much lighter. I am very happy with this eye cream and I will repurchase. In case it helps: I’m 50, I have dry sensitive skin, and rosacea and I had no problems whatsoever in terms of irritation etc.

Burns My Eyes
This cream burns my eyes and causes them to water, even if I'm very careful not to get it into my eyes. I wonder if it is safe.

Not for me
I love PTR products, and I was quite excited when I bought this eye cream. But- it stings when applied, and it just sits on the top of my skin. No matter how little I use, I can just scrape it off when it dries, which makes it impossible for me to apply makeup over it.
