It does! The tingling isn’t strong at all and one gets used to it very fast. It’s not sticky and there’s no heaviness to it at all. I love how natural it looks. I also have the fenty heat in hot cherry...You can say that they are different, patrick ta one doesn't have shimmer and it's more of a "glass lips" kind of look. I think the burning sensation is stronger than the fenty one, because I can always feel it on my tongue, but I think the Fenty one makes your lips bigger. The colour is very diffused, but still gives you a nice little hint of colour. Beautiful for the summer, I bought it while it was on sale, I don't think it's worth it the full price.

I got this gloss in the shade Full Syringe and it gives a beautiful pinky red pop of color. It is really glossy and the formula is a bit thick but it feels really nice on the lips. As a gloss, it is a bit sticky like you would expect. What surprised me the most was the plumping effect which is definitely noticeable. It has a minty candy cane scent and it tickles a little on which I enjoy.
