Glorified hair fixer spray
It’s just that. It suggests to use it on damp hair before drying it but once I brush my hair it disappears (as a hair fixer would) so I just don’t understand the sense of it. I have fine hair. It’s the second color wow product I buy always with the same result: that is no result.
