I use it after washing my hair. It is a good product so I recommend it. Activated by the heat of your blow dryer. It is promoted as being a dose of hydration, but it does not really hydrate like that. I'm curious to try the one with kale next, it has much better reviews but it wasn't available when I placed the order.
