Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. Helps frizz and you can use it every other wash
I wash my hair 3-4 times a week, i use this spray around every third wash. Using this method the 200ml bottle has lasted me from July until November. I don't drench my hair with it like some recommend, just liberally spritzing it get's the job done for me with visable effects. Give this a try if you need help controlling frizz and want shinny hair. For reference, I have fairly straight, blonde hair but I love this product for a blowout look.
