Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. Blow dry each section using a brush to hold hair taut. Requires blow-drying to activate. For best results, use every three to four washes.

Okay, I can say that I see results on application (when you apply a heavy amount) but that means this bottle will last maybe 3 applications. Also, I am not sure if I see results after washing as they claim it lasts 3-4 washes. If you are really interested I suggest you try it but also don't expect miracle-worthy results. Really just 3 stars.

You need to spray a lot to really see the best results. I have thick hair. Works through a couple of washes. When you apply you instantly notice hair is flatter. Good for more humid situations or a quick trip to keep hair more manageable. However, I do need to wash my hair sooner when I use it
