Caudalie's Beauty Elixir is inspired by the centuries old 'elixir of youth' used by Queen Isabelle of Hungary. This facial spray acts like a vitamin shot, bringing an instant burst of radiance to the complexion and infusing it with extracts of grape, rosemary, bitter orange, rose, myrrh and peppermint. It's a quick way to refresh your skin and wake yourself up during that 4pm lull in the workday. Keep it on your desk and spritz it before you go into a meeting or out after work.
A healthy, skin-feeding facial spray for a glowing complexion, Caudalie's Beauty Elixir blurs the lines between a toner and a priming mist. A favourite amongst make up artists working the fashion circuit, it can be used under of over your make up to enhance its longevity and enliven dull complexions.
It uses extracts of grape, rosemary, bitter orange, rose, myrrh and peppermint to both minimise the visibility of your pores and pep up the skin. amazing wake-up!
I normally do not use toners because I hate using the makeup pads and because it takes this extra minute in the morning, which I do not have. The spray option is genius, I loved so much that I just spray it on, go make my coffee while it tingles and then continue with my serums creams etc. It definitely gives this wake-up boost to both the skin and me in the morning, my skin has a very pleasant tingling sensation and a sort of cooling. I initially got the smaller size in one of the advent calendars but now I purchased the bigger size because I am going through this quite quick. The smell is amazing too, like with all Caudalie products!

Lovely and hydrating
I always use MAC Fix+ as a face spray to hydrate my face in the morning (before creams), but this is a totally different experience. Fresher! Leaves my skin feeling awake and refreshed. Did accidentally spray it in my eye once, that was not great, because of the minty scent or ingredients I guess. This made my eye burn. So don't do that!

Gives a light glow
A like use few spritzes of this on top of makeup, or even just on bare skin, especially in the summer. It gives a nice glow. But if you apply too much it can make you look very shiny/oily

Magic In A Bottle
I don’t usually buy into the hype but I’d been curious about Caudalie products for a while. So when I heard so many positive things about this elixir I had to try it. At first I was going to buy the smaller size, but I had received a discount and had nothing to lose. No regrets. This is magic in a bottle. I’m 46 years old, mature skin, and this gives me a healthy glow like nothing else. I will also purchase the smaller size to carry with me when I’m away from home. I do like to keep mine in the fridge for that soothing cooling feeling. Best purchase of 2022.Â
